In addition to the basic pay, selected candidates will be entitled to allowances and benefits as per SPMCIL rules, which include DA (Dearness Allowance), HRA (House Rent Allowance), Transport Allowance, Medical Benefits, and other perquisites applicable to the respective pay level.
Probation & Bond: Selected candidates will be on probation for 1 year (extendable by another year). Supervisors at S-1 level must execute a bond of ₹2 Lakhs to serve for a minimum of 3 years.

Selection Process – SPMCIL Recruitment 2026
Selection will be done through an Online Computer Based Test (CBT) of objective type. There is NO Interview and NO Negative Marking.
Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT)
CBT will be held in Delhi/NCR, Hyderabad, Mumbai, and Kolkata. The exam will be bilingual (Hindi & English), except the English Language section.
Stage 2: Typing / Skill Test (Only for Jr. Office Assistant, Jr. Bullion Assistant, Jr. Hindi Typist)
Candidates who qualify CBT will be called for Typing Test. Typing test will be conducted at Delhi/NCR only.
Final Merit List
The final merit list will be drawn on the basis of marks obtained in CBT only. In case of tie, preference goes to the older candidate, and then alphabetically.
