• Minimum 1 year of experience in cooking at hotels or institutional canteens.
• Preference will be given to candidates with multi-cuisine experience.

Skills Required

• Proficiency in preparing:
  • South Indian dishes: Idli, Appam, Poori, Bhature, Uthappam, etc.
  • Snacks: Uzhunnu Vada, Parippu Vada, Pazham Pori, Bajji, Rasavada, etc.
  • Meals: Kerala Sadya, Biriyani, Sambar Vada, etc.
  • North Indian dishes: Chapati, Curries, etc.
• Ability to manage kitchen helpers.
• Should be available to cook for all three meals – morning, afternoon, and evening.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices is mandatory.
• Should be physically fit and medically sound.
