Salary Details – IRCTC Hospitality Monitor Recruitment

• CTC: ₹30,000/- per month (inclusive of statutory deductions)
• Daily Allowance (On-Board Duty in Train):
  • More than 12 hours – ₹350/- per day (100%)

  • Less than 6 hours – ₹105/- per day (30%)

Candidates must hold any one of the following full-time degree qualifications:

• B.Sc. in Hospitality and Hotel Administration
• BBA / MBA in Culinary Arts from Indian Culinary Institutes under Ministry of Tourism
• B.Sc. in Hotel Management and Catering Science
• MBA in Tourism and Hotel Management from Government-recognized Universities affiliated to UGC / AICTE / Government of India / State Government (CIHM / SIHM / PIHM), affiliated with NCHM & CT / UGC / AICTE / Govt. of India

Selection Process – IRCTC Recruitment 2026

IRCTC South Zone will select candidates through the following process:

2. Personal Interview – Shortlisting will be based on credentials and performance in the personal interview.
3. Merit List – Offer of engagement will be issued in order of merit based on the number of vacancies.
