The Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) has officially released the UPSC NDA Recruitment 2025 notification as part of its new job notifications for the appointment of candidates to the National Defence Academy (NDA) and Naval Academy (NA) posts. A total of 406 vacancies are available across India. Eligible and interested candidates who meet the required qualifications can submit their UPSC NDA Registration form online through the official UPSC portal from 28th May 2025 to 17th June 2025.

UPSC NDA Recruitment 2025 – Salary Details

| Stipend to male/female Cadets during the entire duration of training in Service academies (e.g. during training period at IMA) | Rs. 56,100/- per month (Starting pay in Level 10) |
On successful commissioning, the pay in the Pay Matrix of the Officer commissioned shall be fixed in the first Cell of Level 10. The period of training shall not be treated as commissioned service and arrears on account of admissible allowances, as applicable, for the training period shall be paid to cadets.

UPSC NDA Recruitment 2025 – Qualification
(i) For Army Wing of National Defence Academy :
- 12th Class pass of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent examination conducted by a State Education Board or a University.
(ii) For Air Force and Naval Wings of National Defence Academy and for the
10+2 Cadet Entry Scheme at the Indian Naval Academy :
- 12th Class pass with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics of the 10+2 pattern of School Education or equivalent conducted by a State Education Board or a University
Candidates who are appearing in the 12th Class under the 10+2pattern of School Education or equivalent examination can also apply for this examination.
UPSC NDA Recruitment 2025 – Application Fee
Candidates are required to pay an application fee of Rs. 100/- (Rupees one hundred only).
