This facility is provided via the official portal – exam.natboard.edu.in – and works on a first-come, first-served basis.

- Visit the NEET PG 2025 portal
- Log in using your application number and password
- Click on the ‘Choose Test City’ option
- Read the instructions carefully and proceed
- Select your state and preferred exam city from the dropdown
- Click OK to confirm your choice
- Click Submit to finalize
- Re-confirm your selection to complete the process

- The city intimation slip will be available for download from July 21, 2025
- The NEET PG 2025 admit card will be released on July 31, 2025
- Only candidates who complete the city resubmission will receive their test centre allotment
