Educational & License Requirements
- Candidates should have passed 10th/SSLC from a recognized board or institution.
- Higher qualifications are also acceptable, but 10th pass is the minimum requirement.
- A valid Heavy Motor Vehicle (Transport) Driving Licence under the Motor Vehicles Act, 1988.
- A valid Conductor Licence as per MV Act, 1988.
- Both licences must be current and active at the time of application.
- Applicants must have at least 5 years of driving experience in heavy passenger buses with more than 30 seats.

Note: The KSRTC SWIFT Driver-cum-Conductor position is offered on a contract basis. Selected candidates are required to submit a security deposit of ₹30,000. - Selected candidates will receive a consolidated monthly salary between 20,000 – 25,000.
- Duty pattern will be as per Motor Transport Workers Act, 1961/Rules 1962.
