KFON Recruitment 2025: Essential Qualification
BE/B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering (ECE), Electrical and Electronics Engineering (EEE), or Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering (EIE) with a minimum of 60% marks.
Experience :
Mandatory: Minimum 3 years of experience in Operation and Maintenance of Optical Fibre Cable (OFC)/Utility/Telecom devices in a Telecom Service Provider (TSP) or Internet Service Provider (ISP). Added Advantage: Experience in a Network Operations Centre or Enterprise business.

For the District Telecom Executive position, the upper age limit is 40 years.
KFON Recruitment 2025: Salary Details
- Monthly Remuneration: Rs. 30,000/- per month.
- SLA Linked Incentive: An additional Rs. 10,000/- per month, based on service level agreement performance.
This means a total potential earning of Rs. 40,000/- per month for a successful candidate.
