Eligibility Criteria/Educational Qualification

1. Junior Clerk

Essential:

• SSLC (10th) or equivalent qualification
• Junior Diploma in Co-operation (JDC) from Kerala State Co-operative Union (Subordinate Personnel Cooperative Training Course)

Also Eligible:

• Kasaragod district candidates: Co-operative Diploma Course (GDC) by Karnataka State Co-operative Federation or JDC by Kerala State Co-operative Union
• B.Com with Co-operation as optional subject from any recognized university
• Degree from any recognized university
• Higher Diploma in Cooperatives (HDC/HDC & BM from Kerala State Co-operative Union, or HDC/HDCM from National Council for Cooperative Training – 1 year regular course)
• B.Sc (Co-operatives & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University

2. System Administrator

Essential:

• MCA/B.Tech in Computer Science, Electronic Communication, or Information Technology

Desirable:

• Minimum 3 years working experience as System Administrator or equivalent in any recognized institution

3. Assistant Secretary

Essential:

• Degree from a recognized university with not less than 50% marks in all subjects
• One of the following cooperative qualifications:
  • HDC or HDC & BM (Kerala State Co-operative Union) or HDC/HDCM (National Council for Cooperative Training – 1 year regular course)
  • Junior Diploma in Co-operatives (JDC) – Subordinate Personnel Cooperative Training Course
  • B.Sc/M.Sc (Co-operatives & Banking) from Kerala Agricultural University
  • B.Com with not less than 50% marks from any recognized Kerala university where Co-operation is optional

4. Data Entry Operator

Essential:

• Degree from a recognized university
• Certificate of passing a Data Entry Course from a Kerala/Central Government-recognized institution
• 1 year of experience as Data Entry Operator in a recognized organization

5. Secretary

Essential (any one of the following):

• Degree with HDC & BM + 7 years experience as Accountant or above in a Co-operative Bank OR
• B.Sc (Co-operation & Banking) from Agricultural University + 5 years experience as Accountant or above in a Co-operative Bank
  OR
• MBA/M.Com (Finance as main subject)/CA membership + 3 years experience in Banking Sector with co-operative qualifications
  OR
• B.Com (Co-operation) + 7 years experience as Accountant or above in a Co-operative Bank (As per G.O(Rt) No.220/2022/Co-Op dated 29/03/2022)
