- Candidates must have passed 12th Standard or equivalent examination from a recognized Board or University on or before 01.08.2026.

Important Instructions/General Conditions
- Candidates must ensure they fulfill all eligibility conditions before applying – candidature is accepted only provisionally.
- Name, Date of Birth, Father’s name, and Mother’s name must be entered exactly as in the Matriculation/10th Class Certificate.
- Canvassing in any form will result in disqualification.
- All posts carry All India Service Liability (AISL) – selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India.
- Fee once paid is non-refundable and cannot be adjusted against any other examination.
- Candidates applying for BRO posts must carefully check Physical Efficiency Test and Medical Standards (as per Annexure-XVI of the notification) – post once allotted will not be changed on grounds of failing these standards.
