Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution.
AE (Civil)
B.Tech/B.E. (Civil) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in planning & execution of multi-storied building projects with required infrastructure.
AE (Electrical)
B.Tech/B.E. (Electrical) from an AICTE recognized Indian University/Institution. Minimum 3 years post-qualification experience in planning & execution of multi-storied building projects with required infrastructure.
AAO (Chartered Accountant)
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution. Must have passed Final Examination of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) and completed Articles as prescribed by ICAI. Candidate must be an Associate Member of ICAI (membership number will be verified).
AAO (Company Secretary)
Bachelor’s Degree from a recognized Indian University/Institution and a Qualified Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
AAO (Actuarial)
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution. Must have passed at least 6 papers of the Institute of Actuaries of India / Institute & Faculty of Actuaries, UK as on 01.08.2025 (membership number will be verified).
AAO (Insurance Specialist)
Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline from a recognized Indian University/Institution. Must possess Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India (Life) and have minimum 5 years’ experience working in Life Insurance Companies regulated by IRDAI.
AAO (Legal)
Bachelor’s Degree in Law from a UGC recognized University/College with minimum 50% marks (45% for SC/ST/PwBD against reserved vacancies). Must be enrolled with the Bar Council as an Advocate and have minimum 2 years’ post-enrollment experience as Advocate or Law Officer in Bank/Financial Institution/Statutory Corporation/Company/Government.
LIC AAO Recruitment 2025: Salary 2025
Basic Pay: ₹88,635/- per month
Gross Monthly Salary: Approx. ₹1,26,000/- in A-Class cities
