Central Bank of India FLC Recruitment Qualifications
Essential
Must be Graduate in any discipline from recognized university. Shall be computer literate, shall have proficient in basis knowledge of MS Office, internet, typing in local language.
- Retired/VRS opted Bank officials of scale I & above of Nationalized Bank including State Bank of India & RRBs preferred
OR - Ex-Serviceman or/and other than Bank Employees (Eg Government School Teacher etc) having Banking Knowledge and Knowledge of financial services & having completed relevant IIBF certification course.
- He should have unblemished service record and possess service certificate from the previous employer. Experience as an Officer/permanent employee of 10 years.
- He should be resident of the same state, preferably same or nearby District.
- Excellent communication skill in local language is eesential

Central Bank of India FLC Recruitment Salary Details
The monthly contract payment will be either Rs. 25,000/- or the amount equal to your last drawn salary minus your basic pension (before commutation) plus any applicable relief—whichever is less. In addition, you’ll receive Rs. 1,000/- per month to cover expenses like mobile and travel.
Please note: This calculation based on your last salary and pension applies only if you’re a retired bank officer from a nationalized bank who receives a pension. If you’re not a pensioner, you’ll simply get Rs. 25,000/- per month, plus the Rs. 1,000/- for mobile and travel.
No other payments or benefits will be provided under this contract.
